I have a passion for coming alongside women with complex needs including trauma, domestic violence, PTSD, faith-based abuse, grief, identity concerns, anxiety, and depression. I believe therapy is a journey, and my role is to walk beside you—offering support, insight, and empowerment as you find your way toward healing and wholeness.
I specialize in helping women heal from trauma and rebuild a strong sense of self. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and trauma-informed. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe, using somatic awareness, attachment repair, and empowerment-based tools to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and create lasting change.
With over fifteen years of experience supporting women and children, I bring compassion, steadiness, and depth to my work. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about rediscovering the strength and resilience that have always been within you.
